Bud’s Embroidery is not responsible for any damages that may occur during production on customer-supplied materials or apparel. Customers must inspect all items before leaving the store.
Accounts will be charged a $35 fee for any check returned for insufficient funds or any other reason.
Any last-minute changes or refusals made after blank products have been ordered will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to all freight and handling costs.
Customers must provide artwork for any special or custom design orders.
Bud’s Embroidery can create or digitize artwork upon request; however, all artwork/digitizing costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Logos created in-store remain the property of Bud’s Embroidery but may be purchased by the customer for outside use, subject to a fee.
Standard terms are C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery).
We accept cash, debit card, credit card, and certified checks.
Company checks are accepted only upon prior approval and verification of credit references.
Customers must verify all wording, spacing, spelling, design details, colors, etc. before approval.
Bud’s Embroidery is not responsible for errors that the customer fails to correct, whether documents are signed or unsigned.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders involving customer-provided merchandise.
A 100% non-refundable payment is required upfront for all merchandise provided by Bud’s Embroidery.
Logos created by Bud’s Embroidery remain the property of Bud’s Embroidery.
Customers may purchase rights to use the logo elsewhere for an additional fee.
Product images and descriptions are for general reference; actual colors and styles may vary.
We work with a variety of trusted suppliers, and product availability is subject to change.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed.
